The Real Problem

You don't need more willpower. You need a plan built for your actual life.

If you've tried before and it didn't stick, it's rarely because you didn't want it enough.

Work, family, and everything else leave little time for training or meal prep.
Every plan you've tried demanded consistency you couldn't realistically give it.
Restrictive diets work for a few weeks, then life gets in the way.
Conflicting advice online makes it hard to know what's actually worth doing.
Past programs offered no accountability once you started to slip.
You've made progress before and lost it once the structure disappeared.

About The Coach

Panagiotis Petridis

Qualified fitness professional and Weight Management Fitness Specialist, certified through GRAFTS Hellas, with a background in fitness instruction and physical education.

The Forge exists because most fitness plans assume clients have unlimited time and energy. I coach busy adults who don't. I build programs around real schedules instead of asking people to rearrange their lives around training.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is online coaching suitable for beginners?

Yes, and beginners are some of the best people to coach. Programs are built around your current experience level rather than an assumed one, so you start with movements you can actually perform well. Technique comes first, the load and complexity increase only once you have earned them, and everything is adjusted as you progress.

Do I need access to a gym?

No. Training is written around the equipment you actually have, whether that is a full commercial gym, a few dumbbells and a bench at home, or very little at all. Tell me what is available during your consultation and the program is built to fit it, along with whichever setting you are most likely to keep turning up to.

How much time will I need for training?

Most clients train for 30 to 40 minutes, 3 to 5 times per week. The exact split is set around the time you genuinely have rather than an ideal week, because a shorter program you finish consistently will always beat a longer one you abandon after a fortnight.

Will I need to follow a restrictive meal plan?

No. Nutrition guidance uses a flexible 80/20 approach rather than a rigid meal plan, which means the bulk of your intake supports your goal while the rest leaves room for normal life. Nothing is banned outright, food you enjoy stays on the table, and the aim is a way of eating you can hold onto long after coaching ends.

Can the program work around injuries or limitations?

In most cases, yes. Programs can be adapted around a wide range of injuries and limitations. Share the details during your consultation so the plan is built around what you can safely do, and get medical clearance first if a condition is current or unresolved.

How are check-ins conducted?

Whichever platform suits you. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp video or any other common video calling app all work, and we agree on one at the start so check-ins fit around your schedule rather than the other way round.

How often will my program be adjusted?

Whenever your progress calls for it, rather than on a fixed calendar. Every check-in reviews your training log, how the sessions felt and where the numbers are going, and anything that is not working gets changed there and then.

How long does coaching last?

There is no fixed programme length. How long coaching runs depends entirely on your goal and your starting point, so the timeline is set individually with each client and reviewed as you progress.

What happens after I submit my application?

I read every application personally and get in touch to arrange a free short call. We use it to go through your goals, your training history and your schedule in detail, and to work out whether coaching is the right fit before anything is agreed.

Is coaching available internationally?

Yes. Coaching is delivered online, so the only real requirement is that our hours overlap for calls. That covers anywhere within roughly three hours of Cyprus time, including all of Europe, the UK and Ireland, the Middle East and the Gulf, and most of Africa. If you are further afield, get in touch and we will see whether the timings can work.
